How can I place an order at Nautunkee ?

Once you have decided the products you love from our store, please select the color and your size according to the size guide and add it to cart. Proceed to checkout, fill your contact, email and shipping details. Proceed to payment, you can select either online payments or cash on delivery. We encourage you to pay online as to avoid a COD charge of Rs.99.

How do I know if the order is successful?

Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email on your email id which you used during the checkout. When you place an order at Nautunkee, someone from our team will contact you, within 12 hrs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, you can choose to pay through Debit/Credit cards, Net-banking, UPI and wallets. You can also pay using Cash On Delivery, but using this method a COD charge of Rs.99 will e added to your order.

How to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6hrs. of placing the order. For this, drop in a mail at support@nautunkee.com and mention your order id. If 6hrs has alredy passed by and your order has been taken up for processing then, we shall not be able to cancel the order.

What is the estimated dispatch time?
Order get dispatched in 3 working days from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched, we will send you an email and message with the tracking information.

How many days does it takes for the order to get delivered ?

  • For Metro Cities - After shipping, it takes 2 business days for the orders to get delivered.
  • For Rest of India - After shipping, it takes 3-4 business days for the orders to get delivered.

The delivery time is guaranteed or estimated ?

The above mentioned delivery time is estimated. In 90% of the cases, order is delivered on time, under normal circumstances. Sometimes, delays happen due to festival, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

What is your exchanges and return/refund policy?
For exchanges - Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days. We offer one time easy exchanges for size issues within 7 days of delivery. You can mail us at support@nautunkee.com , mentioning your order id and the size issue, our team will help you. 

For Returns - Returns are only possible, if we set you a defective product, incorrect order, damaged product. If this is the case, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just drop in an email at support@nautunkee.com within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Our team will review the case and if it is approved, we will send you the replacement.

I was not available at the time of delivery. What can I do now?
If you are not available during the time of delivery, don't worry as our courier partner will attempt delivery once again within 24-48hrs.

The tracking status says "order is delivered", but I have not received the order ?

Kindly drop in a mail at support@nautunkee.com with the subject " Tracking says order is delivered, but I have not received the order "
In such cases, it is a standard practice to raise a Proof of Delivery. Meanwhile we request you to check with the neighbors and security guards.
Kindly note that it takes 5 business days(Sunday not included) for the courier partner to investigate the same. The closure will be shared with you on your email as soon as we get an update. We request your patience and co-operation in this matter.

Do you take bulk orders ?

Yes, we do take bulk orders. You can email us at support@nautunkee.com with  image of our design and the quantity that you want. Mostly people place bulk orders with us for group t-shirts and hoodies for holidays and mugs.

How can I place a bulk or customized order at Nautunkee ?

If you would like to place bulk order for any particular design, please mail us at support@nautunkee.com with the design & order details to place bulk orders. The concerned team will get in touch with you within next 24 hrs. Please take a note that COD(cash on delivery) payment method is not available for bulk or customized orders. In this case, the payment will be prepaid.
