Refund policy
RETURNS:
Returns are strictly possible only in two cases-
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product
- If there is a printing defect
We take full responsibility of what we do. We have our quality check team, before shipping your order, every product passes through rigorous quality checks. Still, If there is any manufacturing or printing defect from our side, you can drop us an email at support@nautunkee.com within a day of delivery, mentioning your order ID and sharing pics of the defect in the product (pics are necessary) . After examining all the details, the concerned team will exchange the product free of cost or initiate a refund to you. Please note that it takes 7 working days for the refund to get settled in your account/wallet.
SIZE ISSUES:
We encourage the customer to follow our size guide, which is given alongside every product. If you have any size issue with the product, please mail us at support@nautunkee and we offer easy exchanges for the same. Please note that if we sent you a wrong size, we shall bear the shipping expense but if the customer has ordered the wrong size then the customer is liable to bear the shipping charges which differs for different products.
Any product that you order during the sale season, are non refundable and non exchangeable. No returns/exchanges are applicable on them.
Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since delivery of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, in any case. Please note that COD charges and shipping charges (different for different products) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Click a photo of the same and drop in a mail to support@nautunkee.com
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mugs and wall decor fall under this category and hence they cannot be returned. Any customized orders can neither be exchanged nor returned. We communicate this to all our customers before taking any customized order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Kindly check the size chart before ordering because any exchanges related to size will not be entertained.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the amount to you in case the mode of payment is online. If the mode of payment is cash on delivery, the refund amount will be provide as a discount code which can be utilised in store for the same value as of the return amount. Please note that COD charges and shipping charges (different for different products) are non-refundable.
All the refunds will be processed under 15 working days after the approval of the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nautunkee.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items purchased during sale or using discount code, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nautunkee.com and send your item to: Vastrakritya, B-8 Priya Apartments D-block, Vikaspuri, 110018 New Delhi DL, India.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
