How can I place an order at Nautunkee?
Select the color and size according to the size guide and add it to cart. Proceed to checkout, fill your contact and shipping details, then payment. You can pay online or via cash on delivery (COD carries a Rs.99 charge).
How do I know if the order is successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email. Our team will also contact you within 12 hrs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit/Credit cards, Net-banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash On Delivery (COD charge of Rs.99 applies).
How to cancel my order?
You can cancel within 6 hrs of placing the order by emailing support@nautunkee.com with your order id.
What is the estimated dispatch time?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse, with tracking sent by email and message.
How many days does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2 business days after shipping. Rest of India: 3-4 business days after shipping. These are estimates.
What is your exchange and return/refund policy?
Exchanges: one-time easy exchange for size issues within 7 days of delivery, email support@nautunkee.com with your order id.
Returns: only for defective, incorrect, or damaged products, reported within 24 hrs of delivery via email.
I was not available at the time of delivery, what now?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery again within 24-48 hrs.
Tracking says delivered but I have not received the order?
Email support@nautunkee.com with the subject "Tracking says order is delivered, but I have not received the order." A Proof of Delivery investigation takes about 5 business days.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, email support@nautunkee.com with your design and quantity. Bulk and customized orders require prepaid payment, COD is not available for these.
